Job Summary

Lead the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Own end-to-end delivery, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional configurations across OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll, Personnel Development, and Benefits Administration. Prepare functional specifications, coordinate with technical teams, manage UAT and go-live support, and ensure SAP best practices and governance while mentoring junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead SAP HCM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
•Configure and support SAP HCM modules including OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll, PD, and Benefits Administration.
•Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
•Perform configuration, testing, defect resolution, and production support; run workshops and CR discussions.
•Lead UAT, cutover, and go-live support, and mentor junior consultants while ensuring SAP best practices and governance.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in SAP HCM functional consulting.
•Hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
•Experience writing Functional Specifications (FS) and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
•Knowledge of SAP HR authorization concepts and incident management/AMS support.
•Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and strong communication with stakeholders.
