Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build knowledge-grounded LLM approaches, including embeddings and multimodal modeling.
  • •Explore fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented strategies to adapt foundation models to enterprise data.
  • •Drive rapid POC experimentation, translating ideas into working prototypes and defining success evaluations.
  • •Serve as technical anchor for a small tiger team, mentoring engineers and influencing retriever/ranker/orchestration design.

  • •Strong background scaling ML systems from prototype to production.
