Key Responsibilities

•Provide expert frontline support for digital trading applications and resolve production incidents quickly.
•Perform root cause analysis and lead post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.
•Communicate incident status, impact, and remediation plans to business and technology stakeholders.
•Enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation to improve system stability and reliability.
•Partner with development teams to design and support scalable, resilient trading workflows across Webull Pay’s crypto and fiat rails.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field; 4+ years in a trading systems support role.
•Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication with strong ownership.
•Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes; FIX protocol and trading workflows.
•Experience with digital asset products, market data feeds, and trading lifecycle or front-office trading systems (preferred).
