Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with clients and other consultants across all project stages and manage general line-management responsibilities where appropriate.
  • •Own financial management, including prompt client invoicing and monitoring project financial status using the financial system.
  • •Create detailed project plans, establish project governance processes and systems, and monitor performance using performance management techniques.
  • •Manage change control and ensure quality control by driving compliance with quality standards.
  • •Prepare budget progress reports and other required reporting; share project information through regular meetings and written communications, and contribute to proposals for new work or variations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
