Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage seismic acquisition surveys end-to-end from contract award to close-out, ensuring EHSQ performance, data quality, and profitability.
  • •Develop and maintain survey plans and execution metrics, coordinating with clients, major suppliers, crews, and resolving production impediments.
  • •Monitor vessel performance metrics, participate in working groups/forums, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions with offshore teams.
  • •Oversee full survey financial performance including budget oversight, P&L tracking, invoicing, reporting, and cashflow management.
  • •Act as primary client interface and lead structured client meetings (kick-off, progress reviews, close-out), maintain proactive communication, and travel offshore as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a scientific/engineering background or Maritime/Subsea education (equivalent industry experience may be considered).
  • •5-8 years of experience managing projects, especially those in a maritime context.
  • •Industry project management training is preferred.
  • •Familiarity with seismic surveys and/or subsea operations, including offshore experience in seismic acquisition and/or subsea operations.
  • •Experience managing project financials (budget, P&L, invoicing, reporting, cashflow).
