  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing the team
  • •Drive business development and branch revenue growth for small business and Mass Affluent client segments
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including completing required training
  • •Lead human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, development planning, and annual performance reviews and counseling

  • •Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise (or equivalent experience/performance)
  • •One year of previous branch leadership or management experience
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check
