Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models and advanced analytics to improve planning, inventory, logistics, network optimization, and S&OP.
  • •Develop and operationalize AI agents that monitor supply chain signals, surface insights, recommend actions, and automate decision workflows.
  • •Translate ambiguous supply chain problems into structured solutions using exploratory analysis, scenario modeling, root-cause investigations, and optimization over large datasets.
  • •Create dashboards, semantic models, and KPI frameworks in Power BI; enable search-driven and natural-language analytics through ThoughtSpot.
  • •Partner with data engineering to ensure reliable datasets and support pipeline development, feature engineering, and production model deployment; communicate insights and mentor junior contributors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,500 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in Python and/or R with hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models, generative solutions, or AI agents.
  • •Strong capability in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, semantic layer design) and familiarity with ThoughtSpot or similar search/NLQ tools.
  • •Ability to architect scalable data and analytics solutions integrating models, pipelines, and AI agents with enterprise platforms and supply chain systems.
  • •Background applying analytics, AI, or data science to planning, logistics, inventory, network optimization, or S&OP workflows.
  • •Experience with feature engineering, production pipelines, and deploying models/agents into repeatable, maintainable operating environments.
