Key Responsibilities

  • •Set product vision and multi-year strategy across Maritime Digital Production and make portfolio-level investment tradeoffs across domains.
  • •Own the cross-domain roadmap and prioritization, resolving competing demands across factory data, manufacturing execution, scheduling/optimization, and AI initiatives.
  • •Gather and refine functional and non-functional requirements and establish standards for how requirements are captured and prioritized across the team.
  • •Communicate goals and tradeoffs with stakeholders and senior leadership, judging whether requests reflect true underlying needs.
  • •Walk the factory floor, talk with technicians/operators, and turn observed workflows into opportunities to improve products across the portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in software product management or a similar leading role, including experience owning a portfolio or leading product across multiple teams/domains.
  • •Demonstrated ability to set product vision and strategy at a functional/organizational level and drive it through multiple teams.
  • •Experience mentoring or guiding other product managers and establishing product practices and standards.
  • •Domain expertise in hardware-related industries such as manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, or logistics.
