Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Global Head of Product’s schedule and coordinate optimal meeting flow.
  • •Oversee travel bookings, reservations, and logistics; process expense reports and invoices.
  • •Coordinate internal and offsite meetings, including inviting attendees, setting up conference rooms, and ordering catering as needed.
  • •Maintain and organize electronic files and handle phone coverage by answering, screening, and directing calls.
  • •Support onboarding for new hires, provide backup coverage to the administrative team, and edit/review memos and presentations.
