  • •Monitor production activities and ensure goals are met; partner with EHS to support safe and environmentally compliant operations.
  • •Oversee housekeeping and ensure equipment is properly cared for, reporting issues and following preventative maintenance.
  • •Train and develop production staff by monitoring and evaluating job performance; communicate and implement policies and procedures.
