Junior Order Management Specialist (all genders)

Monitor sales orders end-to-end across multiple channels, including order receipts, fulfillment status, returns processing, and exceptions handling. Coordinate the administrative flow from intake to order recognition while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support weekly order book reviews between the factory and market teams, manage special orders and dead-on-arrival claims, and conduct pre-screening for complex orders by adapting technical content to customer requirements. Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
