Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end early prototype builds in partnership with Hardware, Manufacturing, and Test Engineering to yield field-trial-ready units.
  • •Drive Design for Excellence (DFx: DFM, DFT, DFQ, DFR) through active reviews of schematics and layouts to strengthen subsequent product generations.
  • •Perform systems debug work by leading complex root-cause analysis and system repairs, establishing tools and foundations for future senior engineering roles.
  • •Interpret and diagnose issues using schematics, board layouts, mechanical drawings, datasheets, and lab/diagnostic outputs.
  • •Partner cross-functionally and mentor contract manufacturing (CM) partners to maintain production and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •BSEE required (MSEE strongly desired); solid foundation in electrical engineering with mechanical aptitude highly desirable.
  • •5+ years of experience in Hardware, NPI, Sustaining and/or Test Engineering within Networking/AI/GPU/Computing industries.
  • •Expertise in system-level debugging and root-cause analysis, with proficiency using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing standards (IPC, JEDEC) and experience with complex Fab structures (VIPPO, backdrill).
  • •Able to travel to contract manufacturing (CM) sites within Asia and be passport ready.
