  • •Oversee workplace services at the San Francisco HQ, including building/workplace operations, front-of-house, shipping/receiving, events, and EHS.
  • •Mentor and elevate the workplace team and outsourced partners through clear expectations, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
  • •Manage vendor and landlord relationships and enforce SLAs, while forecasting budgets and partnering on purchase orders with FP&A and Procurement.
  • •Create and maintain an annual roadmap to support site growth, occupancy planning, and operational improvements using local insights.
  • •Execute workplace programs and events, maintain workplace SOPs/playbooks, and optimize space planning, ticketing, and vendor reporting using automation and AI.

Salary: USD 205,800 - 282,900
