Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and oversee cementing service line work at the well site, providing quality service to the customer.
  • •Plan jobs, provide instructions to the crew and equipment, and handle dispute resolutions to approved levels.
  • •Coordinate and direct the activities of service operators and lead the site crew (Halliburton and/or non-Halliburton).
  • •Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and promote safety and environmental consciousness.
  • •Ensure equipment cleanup, repair, and preparation for the next job; perform necessary calculations for the total job at the well site.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year experience as Service Operator-Cementing, II (or minimum developmental standards for this job classification).
  • •High school diploma or similar education.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with others in an oil field service environment.
  • •Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required.
  • •Working skills within the cementing service line and general understanding of other service functions.
