Job Summary

Own the commercial acquisition of edge and backbone infrastructure by sourcing and securing co-locations and connectivity services (e.g., dark fiber, transport, IP) to meet traffic demand. Lead commercial and technical negotiations, build acquisition strategies across short/mid/long term horizons, and manage supplier lifecycle using market research, cost analysis, and performance evaluation. Partner with cross-functional teams (strategy, planning, engineering, legal, finance) to negotiate contracts and deliver on milestone dates for Americas and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

•Secure co-location and connectivity services (e.g., dark fiber, transport network, IP) from a commercial angle to fulfill traffic demand.
•Lead commercial and technical negotiations with candidate suppliers.
•Negotiate and implement complex supplier agreements and contracts with cross-functional teams to hit milestone deliverables.
•Develop and manage acquisition strategies and tactics for short-, mid-, and long-term needs.
•Conduct market research, build market intelligence, select and onboard qualified suppliers, and manage supplier lifecycle/relationships.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field (or equivalent experience).
•3+ years experience in infrastructure acquisition, sourcing, engineering, finance, or related technical/business functions.
•Experience with edge co-locations, data centers, and/or ISP/carrier/content delivery network/IX providers in North America and Latin America markets.
•Experience in commercial and contractual negotiations.
•Proficiency using Office applications, Jira, and other contract platforms, with project management and cross-functional communication skills.
