Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor ITS platforms for bus and marine systems to detect anomalies, data gaps, and service interruptions, and respond to alerts.
  • •Record and manage technical incidents in the ticketing platform until closure, ensuring accurate categorization and follow-up.
  • •Coordinate with control centers, service providers, and vendors to verify system status and progress for open tickets.
  • •Provide first-level technical support to field operators, guide basic troubleshooting, and escalate major faults per escalation procedures.
  • •Supervise routine monitoring for AVM/RTPI/AFC/Nol machines and smart devices; perform remote schedule/configuration updates and support disaster-recovery testing and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
  • •0-1 years of experience with oral communication.
  • •Ability to define and follow technical incident-priority levels, escalation paths, and response targets.
  • •Experience monitoring ITS platforms, analyzing logs/incident trends, and producing operational reporting.
  • •Ability to perform first-level troubleshooting and support configuration/schedule updates on field systems.
