Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of Demand API partners to drive year-over-year net retention growth and long-term success.
•Collaborate with partnership leads to identify opportunities that accelerate product adoption and improve net retention and revenue growth.
•Lead co-selling and co-marketing programs, including training to enable partners and internal sales to execute GTM strategies.
•Define and manage partner relationships using clear goals, KPIs, and initiatives to ensure sustained mutual success.
•Act as a key technical liaison by providing API and integration guidance and supporting cross-functional execution of GTM strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,500 - 154,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2-4 years in client-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, Partnerships, Business Development, or strategic Consulting.
•Ability to cultivate and sustain partner relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions that create mutual value.
•Proven performance managing a portfolio of accounts against quotas and KPIs.
•Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage partner interactions and data.
•Strong interest in technology with a growth mindset and ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
