Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and define global category strategies for Advanced Packaging Material to drive innovation for HBM and wafer-level packaging technology.
  • •Lead market intelligence, including supplier landscape/capability mapping, technology roadmaps, and pricing models/cost curves.
  • •Manage strategic supplier relationships as primary commercial lead, including executive reviews and alignment on capacity commitments and long-term partnership frameworks.
  • •Lead RFQs and bundled negotiations for sourcing and contract extensions/renewals, applying should-cost/TCO and global benchmarking models.
  • •Deliver repeatable cost and productivity impact and multi-year savings roadmaps; partner with TD, Central Engineering, Operations, Planning, and Finance as a procurement subject matter expert.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
  • •5+ years in Procurement, Engineering, or Category Management (semiconductor preferred).
  • •Demonstrated success in global negotiations and category leadership.
  • •Strong executive presence and ability to manage strategic supplier relationships with SVP/CEO-level engagement.
  • •Analytical/problem-solving and strong project management skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
