Business Banking Relationship Manager

Serve as a trusted advisor for Business Banking clients, owning the primary relationship and driving growth through acquiring new customers and expanding existing portfolios. Understand clients’ industries and use data and trends to identify opportunities, educate clients on KeyBank capabilities (e.g., cash management, payments, equipment finance), and prospect actively. Lead and participate in credit processes and partner with Credit to support sound portfolio and risk management.
