Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Cultivate and maintain relationships with top creators and celebrities, acting as the main point of contact for onboarding, growth, and monetization.
•Track creator performance (e.g., LIVE GMV and Monthly Live Plan with brand matchmaking) to identify growth levers and implement personalized strategies.
•Plan and optimize commerce-driven content with creators, including live sessions and short videos, aligned with platform trends.
•Collaborate with category managers, marketing, and MCN teams to align creator efforts with campaign priorities and ecosystem goals.
•Design and execute tailored creator joint business plans (JBPs), commission incentives, and campaign collaborations to drive retention and sales conversion.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or entertainment talent relationship management.
•Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to drive strategy from data insights.
•Familiarity with social media trends, creator economy, and the e-commerce content ecosystem.
