Field Sales Consultant

Self-generate leads and book in-home appointments to present solar and battery solutions to prospective customers. Deliver a consultative sales experience from initial contact through installation and system activation, building long-lasting relationships. Manage the prospect-to-install pipeline with follow-ups and accurate CRM reporting, and work to meet sales targets set by sales leadership. The role involves face-to-face field activity and flexible hours to match homeowners’ schedules.
