Key Responsibilities

  • •Greets customers entering the service area, answers questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
  • •Determines whether customers have appointments and records customer and vehicle details, including VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing damage.
  • •Controls service traffic flow and parking; parks vehicles after write-ups and assists with loaner vehicles as needed.
  • •Drives vehicles to and from service lane, stalls, and parking lot; drives safely and reports lot damage immediately.
  • •Prepares vehicles by installing disposable seat/steering wheel covers, floor mats, and ID tags; makes key tags and delivers keys and repair order documents to service advisors; maintains a clean, safe service drive area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 18 hourly
