Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts, technology licenses, NDAs, and service agreements.
•Manage the contract queue end to end, from intake to signature.
•Develop templates, playbooks, and AI-assisted review processes to scale contract throughput.
•Coordinate with legal, finance, and procurement to keep terms, approvals, and obligations aligned after signature.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

•Drafted and negotiated a broad range of standard commercial contracts and closed them independently.
•Can quickly identify the key term in a contract and explain it clearly in one sentence.
•Uses AI seriously for contract review, analysis, or research (not as a novelty).
•Built or improved templates and playbooks to make contracting faster.
•Can manage a heavy deal load without missing deadlines or compromising quality.
