Key Responsibilities

•Architect, build, and iterate a toolchain that fuses traditional automation tools with spec-driven design and agentic working, tested across IT and Security.
•Advocate, mentor, and enable early adopter teams to adopt the platforms, gather feedback, and iterate the platform.
•Build self-sustaining cultural practices across the organization and scale the platform for whole departments.
•Drive the evolution of IT operations toward an all-encompassing -as-code infrastructure model using hands-on architecture and design.
•Mentor and level up the IT engineering team and serve as a technical guide to accelerate skills transfer and foster a collaborative engineering culture.

Key Requirements

•Experience operating at Staff or Principal Engineer level in a cloud-native, hypergrowth SaaS environment.
•Hands-on coding background, ideally in a platform or SRE team; IT experience is secondary to building enablement.
•Track record delivering AI-native adoption, moving workflows beyond experimental prompts into robust, production-grade automated workflows or agents.
•Deep technical mastery of infrastructure-as-code, modern CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions), and enterprise workflow orchestration (e.g., n8n, Zapier).
•Pragmatic engineering mindset balancing fast agentic work with utilization costs, plus strong leadership and communication skills to explain complex concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
