Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, build, and iterate a toolchain fusing automation/productivity tools with spec-driven design and agentic working for IT and Security test-bed use.
  • •Advocate, mentor, and enable early adopter teams to use shared platforms, gather feedback, and iterate the platform.
  • •Standardize cultural practices across the organization and scale the platform for whole departments.
  • •Drive IT operations evolution toward an infrastructure-as-code model and contribute to the IT/Sec operating system as build-not-buy expands.
  • •Mentor and level up the IT engineering team and champion cross-department adoption to break down operational silos.

  • •Deep technical mastery of infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions), and enterprise workflow orchestration (e.g., n8n, Zapier).
  • •Pragmatic mindset for designing hybrid architectures balancing agentic speed with utilization cost efficiency.
