Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a key contact for assigned portfolios within the region, supporting strategic direction and ongoing portfolio steering aligned with objectives and regulatory constraints.
•Monitor portfolio positioning and performance across yield, total return, duration, liquidity, capital consumption, and accounting considerations; recommend rebalancing actions when required.
•Develop and articulate investment recommendations with robust analysis, including relative value assessments, scenario analysis, and evaluation of risks and trade-offs.
•Translate macroeconomic views, market developments, and valuation signals into actionable tactical asset allocation proposals aligned with objectives and constraints.
•Identify investment opportunities across asset classes to enhance diversification, income generation, and capital efficiency within approved risk limits.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a quantitative field; CFA or progress toward CFA is strongly preferred.
•Up to 3 years of relevant experience in financial markets, investment strategy, or portfolio management, with exposure to fixed income and/or alternatives.
•Experience in asset management, insurance investment management, or institutional buy-side environments is preferred, with understanding of portfolio construction and constraints.
•Solid foundation in investment principles including asset allocation, portfolio construction, fixed income markets, and risk-return trade-offs; familiarity with insurance investment considerations is a plus.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations; proficiency in data/tools (Excel, Python, Power BI) and data automation is advantageous.
