Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide individual medical follow-up for employees (information and prevention visits, fitness assessments as needed, and follow-up including enhanced monitoring).
  • •Assess fitness for the role and recommend workplace accommodations, including ergonomic and organizational adjustments.
  • •Conduct workplace prevention work: job studies, analysis of working conditions, and participation in professional risk evaluations.
  • •Advise employers, HR, and managers on occupational health, risk prevention, and improvements to working conditions, including psychosocial risk prevention (RPS).
  • •Maintain compliant medical record traceability, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, handle sensitive situations, and produce anonymized indicators to support continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Doctor of Medicine degree and qualification in Occupational Medicine (DES or recognized equivalent), with registration at the French medical council.
