Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor client infrastructure and security solutions to keep services running.
  • •Identify problems and errors proactively and recognize common incidents and avoidance opportunities.
  • •Investigate first-line incidents, identify root causes, and ensure efficient incident/request resolution.
  • •Provide telephonic or chat client support when required.
  • •Schedule maintenance windows, follow shift handover procedures, and report/escalate incidents as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •BE/BTech in Electronics/EC/EE/CS/IT engineering.
  • •At least one security certification such as CCNA Security, CCSA, CEH, or CompTIA.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience handling security products/services, preferably SIEM solutions.
  • •Knowledge of security devices including firewalls, IPS, Web Application Firewall, DDoS, EDR, incident response, and SOAR.
  • •Skills to perform SIEM content creation (filters, active lists, correlation rules, reports, queries, trends) and packet-level/network security analysis.
