SOC Analyst (L1)

Provide first-line security monitoring and managed services for client firewall and broader security infrastructure. Proactively identify, investigate, and route incidents to the correct resolver group while maintaining zero missed SLA conditions. Support standard, low-complexity incidents and service requests, contribute to SIEM content creation, support shift handovers, escalate when needed, and assist with projects including disaster recovery testing.
