Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain approvals, verify pre-certifications/authorisations, and liaise with international representatives.
  • •Complete administrative discharge and admission processes, including consents, identification uploads, appointment/referral booking, and discharge clinic follow-ups.
  • •Maintain patient documentation including medical charts; review and update consent and anaesthesia forms; audit admission forms and verify patient information.
  • •Support newborn and birth registration by collecting parent documents, coordinating with DHA, and generating/auditing monthly reports.
  • •Act as a liaison across departments and provide Arabic/English translation, while updating room classifications/charges and ensuring HIPAA and hospital confidentiality compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills.

  • •Knowledge and skills responding to codes and other emergencies.
  • •Demonstrates computer literacy in Cerner and adequate medical terminology.
