Job Summary

Drive sales for Al-Futtaim Automotive’s Marine Engines by building relationships with boat builders, fleet operators, and commercial customers across the Gulf region. Develop business plans, identify opportunities, and present technical and commercial proposals. Travel within the GCC, translate customer requirements into technical solutions, and contribute to market intelligence to grow the marine engines business in Dubai and broader UAE.

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve and exceed sales and marketing targets for the assigned territory.
•Develop and execute business plans that support the division's annual growth objectives.
•Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
•Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals that meet customer requirements.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, boat builders, and marine industry stakeholders.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
