Key Responsibilities

  • •Design orchestration layers enabling multiple specialized agents to collaborate, debate, and execute complex tasks.
  • •Create governance guardrails and policy engines that replace manual review with programmatic constraints.
  • •Build semantic infrastructure (knowledge graphs and vector stores) to give agents deep codebase and business context.
  • •Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks and automated testing to validate agentic outputs with deterministic metrics.
  • •Prototype and deploy agentic tooling to production, including observability-driven self-healing loops.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a history of shipping products—understanding the difference between prototypes and products users rely on.
  • •Have built with agents recently and be an active agentic builder (not only reading about agentic tools).
  • •Strong ability to architect multi-agent systems and orchestration layers for reliable, stateful agentic workflows.
  • •Experience creating automated governance/guardrails and policy engines that enable safe autonomous operation.
  • •Ability to build evaluation frameworks and testing harnesses that validate agentic outputs deterministically using formal specs and metrics.
