Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare supplies and PPE at the start of each day for home patient visits.
  • •Use modern mobile technology to access your schedule and navigate to patients’ homes.
  • •Build rapport with patients while collecting relevant information and performing clinical services.
  • •Provide patient-centric low-acuity diagnostic care including phlebotomy/specimen collection and screenings such as retina exams and ECGs as applicable.
  • •Label samples properly and coordinate drop-off/shipment to the appropriate lab or facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and performing phlebotomy/specimen collection services.
  • •Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Ability to work independently (autonomously) with minimal supervision and provide exceptional patient/customer service.
  • •Have the required state licensure and/or proof of training, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, valid driver’s license, and pass background/DMV checks (plus required certifications for states without licensure).
