Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, product management, or digital transformation roles.
  • •Strong business analysis and facilitation skills across journey mapping, service blueprinting, and agile requirements definition.
  • •Experience gathering requirements by leading client presentations, running workshops, and creating strategy/business case/transformation roadmap decks.
  • •Ability to work alongside tech teams (Cloud, AI, Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) and clearly frame why they matter.
