Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop validation boards, schematics, and layouts matched to customer use cases and applications, including modularization and mixed-signal considerations.
  • •Build and document full validation plans based on both device understanding and system environment.
  • •Define the validation strategy across hardware, software, and instrumentation.
  • •Create and implement validation test cases using scripting languages and test tools (e.g., Python, Test stand, LabVIEW) and define automation strategies.
  • •Bring devices to the bench, perform system-level and parametric testing, and independently debug and drive closure of device/setup issues while collaborating with design and firmware teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience in validation engineering of analog products.
  • •Hardware debugging skills, including schematic and PCB layout design.
  • •Proficiency with tools and scripting for validation/test (e.g., Python, Test stand, LabVIEW) and tools such as Simplis, Matlab, Altium, and PSPICE.
