Manager - Engineer

Lead engineering activities for a stainless steel mini-mill, including planning and directing facility expansion and capacity additions. Drive procurement and implementation of new processes, technologies, and equipment, while supporting ongoing operations. Ensure projects and initiatives follow the organization’s project management methodology and meet health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements. Lead multidisciplinary engineering work, coach employees, and enable business improvement efforts in a manufacturing environment.
