Project Manager Assistant - Live Events

Support the La Plaza Project Manager with day-to-day operational coordination for a key Fan Zone area. Help plan and coordinate operations across Load-In, Event Operations, and Load-Out, coordinate communication between suppliers and internal teams, monitor facilities readiness, resolve operational issues, maintain documentation and incident logs, and prepare operational progress and final reports.
