Key Responsibilities

•Deliver production-grade features faster than traditional teams using AI-first methods.
•Build and optimize AI-first workflows that integrate AI across development stages.
•Own the full lifecycle of feature delivery end to end through AI-first practices.
•Identify and drive improvements in velocity, automation, and team efficiency.
•Mentor others on using AI as a multiplier across development and raise the AI-First engineering standard.

Key Requirements

•Deeply understand AI-first software development across the full lifecycle (requirements, design, coding, testing, documentation, release).
•Use AI tools and APIs (e.g., Copilot/Cursor/WindSurf, GPT APIs, LLMs) to generate and improve code and artifacts.
•Strong technical foundation with AWS, .NET, Python, and MongoDB.
•Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering production-grade products using an AI-driven approach.
•Maintain a delivery-focused mindset: ship, improve, and take ownership of outcomes.
