Job Summary

Own solutioning and sales support for Visa’s Crypto solutions across Latin America and the Caribbean. Partner with crypto ecosystem stakeholders to drive end-to-end deal flow—from pre-sales through negotiations—while building and managing stablecoin, blockchain, and fintech partnerships. Coordinate implementation with product and operations teams to help clients launch, and help shape global go-to-market and training/tooling that scales the solutioning model across Visa’s account and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide solutioning and problem-solving sales support as a product and blockchain subject matter expert for clients and internal stakeholders.
•Drive end-to-end deal flow (pre-sales to pitch to negotiations) to drive new activations and channel partnerships.
•Manage existing and create new ecosystem partnerships across blockchains, stablecoin issuers, orchestration providers, and DeFi protocols.
•Execute commercial and strategic deals, bringing capabilities and products to market with partners.
•Support implementation projects and coordinate between sales, product, and operations to help clients launch Visa Crypto Solutions, including training and tooling replication across teams.

Key Requirements

•8+ years relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
•9+ years relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD (preferred).
•Financial services, crypto, and/or payments industry experience.
•High product acumen and a solutions mindset.
•Strategic thinking with subject matter expertise in stablecoins and blockchain technology, plus strong communication and executive presentation skills.
