Job Summary

Own and scale revenue accounting across B2B and B2C revenue recognition, including invoicing, collections, accounts receivable, and deferred revenue. Prepare the revenue close with journal entries, reconciliations, AR aging, and flux analyses, manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle, and resolve billing disputes. Lead process improvements using AI, build revenue recognition workbooks for new products, and partner with Sales, Post Sales, FP&A, Legal, and Audit.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the revenue close including journal entries, AR and deferred revenue reconciliations, AR aging, and flux analyses for revenue accounts.
•Manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle: invoicing, cash application, aging, collections, and resolution of overdue accounts and billing disputes.
•Identify and lead process improvements across revenue workflows, leveraging AI to modernize accounting.
•Build revenue recognition workbooks for new products and pricing models as they launch.
•Implement revenue controls and coordinate with external audit requests while partnering with Sales, Post Sales, FP&A, and Legal.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a plus.
•3+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience with ASC 606 in a SaaS or technology environment.
•Big 4 or public accounting experience.
•Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or comparable ERP/CRM systems; advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
•Strong understanding of internal controls and audit coordination.
