Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and coordinate phone sales and distribution for multiple plants based on customer orders.
  • •Perform order entry, coordination, and shipping based on customer orders and jobsite conditions.
  • •Use GPS to help lost drivers find jobsites and determine travel times to deliveries.
  • •Maintain a safe work environment and follow OSHA/MSHA regulations and company policies, including PPE requirements.
  • •Follow foreperson directions, report to work at the designated start time, and assist teams with other duties as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum high school/general education degree (GED) required.
  • •Previous dispatch experience in asphalt & aggregate or the transportation industry is preferred.

  • •Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and perform under pressure.
  • •Proficiency with GPS tracking software and dispatch scheduling software, plus strong map-reading and computer skills.
