Job Summary

Support site quality, safety, health, and environmental & security (SHE&S) programs by maintaining the SHE&S Master Plan, updating training materials, and delivering training to employees, contractors, and visitors. Stay current on applicable laws, regulations, and standards; support process-safety initiatives; coordinate internal/external audits; perform daily SHE&S inspections focused on high-risk activities (GB30871-2022); and oversee security management, firefighting provider coordination, and incident reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the SHE&S Master Plan and plan site activities accordingly.
•Update SHE&S training materials and conduct SHE&S training for direct staff, indirect staff, third parties, and visitors.
•Stay familiar with SHE&S laws, regulations, and standards by maintaining government and 3rd-party platforms, and communicate requirements to site management.
•Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on audit findings.
•Conduct daily SHE&S inspections, especially for high-risk activities (GB30871-2022), and support process safety initiatives; also oversee site security management, liaise with firefighting service providers, and monitor incident reporting systems.
