Job Summary

Join the Baker Hughes Internship Program and support customer-focused sales and commercial activities. You’ll complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements, learn internal software to execute tasks, and help the sales team prepare proposals, bids, and quotations. You’ll also review client or supplier contracts and build relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction and repeat business, while following HS&E standards.

•Assist in reviewing and understanding contracts, agreements, and terms with clients or suppliers.
•Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and submit proposals, bids, or quotations and build relationships with existing clients.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 22,000 - 24,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Economics, Finance or a business-related program.
•Have maintained a GPA of at least 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).
•Be fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
•Be able to legally work in the country you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction.
•Demonstrate readiness to learn through training, team meetings, and hands-on project work.
