Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement written health and safety programs to ensure safe working conditions and compliance with global policies and laws.
  • •Develop and execute H&S risk strategies spanning safety standards, environmental, ergonomics, governance, crisis and incident management, and covid measures.
  • •Conduct workplace and procedural risk assessments to minimize and mitigate operational and compliance risks.
  • •Own incident/near-miss processes: investigate, train business functions on procedures, support root cause analysis, and ensure records and corrective actions are closed out (including Quentic/Aspen).
  • •Maintain risk registers and drive annual H&S priorities and improvement plans; provide compliance and risk updates to market leadership and escalate material risks to governance stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Management or related field, or NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent professional qualification.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in Health, Safety, Environment and Energy or Occupational Health & Safety.
  • •Demonstrated experience implementing H&S management systems and regulatory compliance programmes.
  • •Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, audits/inspections, and corrective action management.
  • •Experience managing compliance reporting requirements and working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
