Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform 3D facility scanning with specialized mapping equipment and verify scan accuracy before uploading data for engineering and architectural teams.
  • •Wear and operate a 15-pound scanning harness while walking and documenting facilities.
  • •Assist with acquisition and new site go-live activities.
  • •Coordinate and execute network cutovers and install, configure, and validate networking equipment (switches, routers, wireless access points, and supporting hardware).
  • •Test internet connectivity, network functionality, wireless coverage, and peripheral operation; respond to urgent nationwide deployment requests and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, routers and switches, wireless networking, network cabling, and POS systems/peripheral devices.

  • •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • •Strong communication and customer service skills with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the previous three years.
