Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting; drive operational retail marketing and CRM initiatives to deliver cohesive, data-driven campaigns.

•Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
•Prepare and present regular progress reports; implement project management processes and tools to ensure efficiency and transparency.
•Coordinate marketing activities for in-store and online campaigns; develop marketing materials (PLV, signage) and ensure cohesive customer journey across touchpoints.
