Key Responsibilities

  • •Create interface and implementation documentation covering functionality, connectivity requirements, and technical details.
  • •Implement interfaces and perform unit and system testing, including documenting “as built” setup and dependencies.
  • •Install and configure TrakCare across project environments and servers, and apply updates, patches, and ad-hoc releases.
  • •Provide technical support for troubleshooting and performance analysis for reports, stored procedures, interfaces, data conversions, and migrations.
  • •Advise clients on technical areas (networks, configurations, architectures), produce training materials, and participate in on-site training and implementations as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of web-oriented languages, including SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • •Experience with database scripting languages such as T-SQL or PL-SQL.
  • •Experience with data analysis and database methodologies.
  • •Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and generative AI concepts, capabilities, and limitations, including responsible AI principles.
  • •Ability to design and write technical documents and support customer-focused technical delivery.
