Job Summary

Deliver technical implementation support for the TrakCare patient-centric healthcare solution, working with interfaces from functional and technical requirements through unit and system testing. Install, configure, update, and patch TrakCare across project environments, and support interfaces and integrations over time. Produce technical documentation and training materials, troubleshoot stored procedures and interfaces, and advise clients on technical configurations, architectures, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Create interface and implementation documentation covering functionality, connectivity requirements, and technical details.
•Implement interfaces and perform unit and system testing, including documenting “as built” setup and dependencies.
•Install and configure TrakCare across project environments and servers, and apply updates, patches, and ad-hoc releases.
•Provide technical support for troubleshooting and performance analysis for reports, stored procedures, interfaces, data conversions, and migrations.
•Advise clients on technical areas (networks, configurations, architectures), produce training materials, and participate in on-site training and implementations as required.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of web-oriented languages, including SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
•Experience with database scripting languages such as T-SQL or PL-SQL.
•Experience with data analysis and database methodologies.
•Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and generative AI concepts, capabilities, and limitations, including responsible AI principles.
•Ability to design and write technical documents and support customer-focused technical delivery.
