Project Manager- Building Automation

Lead and execute complex Building Automation programs for commercial and institutional projects, managing schedules, budgets, and contractual/technical requirements. Coordinate workforce, materials, and subcontractor installations, review contract documents, and assess/prioritize project tasks. Direct on-site technical teams, oversee hazard/risk assessments and compliance, evaluate subcontractor performance, and prepare end-of-project documentation and warranties while ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
