Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure contractual requirements and technical specifications are met and aligned with client expectations.
  • •Coordinate and plan workforce, material orders, and subcontractor installations.
  • •Review contractual documents and assess, manage, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • •Report project progress, evaluate subcontractor performance, and direct/monitor on-site technical teams.
  • •Prepare end-of-project documents and warranties while ensuring health and safety compliance, including hazard and risk assessments and obtaining required safety approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in building automation technologies and/or HVAC, or in project management/site coordination in construction.

  • •Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
  • •Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Suite (namely Excel).
  • •Capacity to travel up to 10% within the province.
