Lead and scale strategic ISV partnerships and the Dialpad App Marketplace. Key Responsibilities

•Identify, build, and manage key ISV partnerships to expand Dialpad’s market reach and accelerate revenue through ISV resell.
•Oversee and continuously improve Dialpad’s App Marketplace, ensuring high adoption and performance.
•Recruit ISVs that complement the Dialpad platform and extend market reach.
•Negotiate ISV agreements including terms, pricing, and licensing models to enable joint success.
•Develop and execute joint business plans with ISVs to accelerate resell opportunities and monitor key metrics for leadership reporting.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS, 7+ years in business development, technology partnerships and ISVs/alliances
•You can drive thought leadership across Dialpad and partner organizations, along with product management and GTM teams
•Experience leveraging app Marketplaces to list and procure ISV solutions
•Strong understanding of partnership structures, API integrations, developer platforms and SaaS technologies
•Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions
