Senior IT Project Manager (m/w/d)

Lead complex IT projects end-to-end, managing planning, execution, rollout, and day-to-day delivery. Coordinate project teams, external service providers, and cross-functional stakeholders while communicating status, risks, and dependencies to departments, end users, and management. Own project communication, change management, user acceptance, and documentation (including business cases). Present to steering committees and reviews, conduct audits and lessons-learned workshops, and coach junior project managers while promoting PM standards.
