Job Summary

Lead day-to-day retail execution for a luxury brand by creating an exceptional client experience and strengthening client relationships. •Create a client experience aligned with the brand and build/maintain strong client relationships.
•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics (conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture).
•Coach and develop store associates through training content, roleplay, coaching, and quarterly goal-setting.
•Use strong written and verbal communication to promote business goals, adapt to change, and collaborate with the team.
•Maintain compliance by managing timecards for payroll accuracy, adhering to company policies, and completing Tumi University training.

Salary: USD 18.5 - 19.5 hourly
