•3+ years managing engineering teams, balancing new feature/product development with maintenance of existing features.
•7-10 years of prior software development experience with Java or other backend technologies.
•Experience managing stakeholders through alignment, prioritization, communication, and feedback incorporation.
•Demonstrated ability to build teams from the ground up, manage performance, and mentor and coach engineers.
•Strong SDLC experience with testing automation, release orchestration using gating feature flags and configuration management, plus CI/CD platforms.
